We are happy to accept return of your product purchases if they are unopened and unused, within 30 days of purchase. Elleebana Direct provides professional salon supplies and does not offer a refund on items that have been opened or used. Elleebana professional training is always recommended to learn our lines and guarantee optimum results. Always feel free to contact us with any questions.
